OptexFTs VXI-ST is an outdoor dual PIR motion monitor. It uses Double Conductive Shielding and SMDA logic technology to reduce the number of false alarms and missed detections, giving you the highest level of security possible. A sensitivity switch gives you the ability to adjust how sensitive the detector will be to movement. Ideal for commercial, industrial and residential installations.

Digital Double Layer Detection lets the unit monitor an upper and a lower detection area in order to trigger an alarm both of which must be crossed at the same time. This dual layering helps further to root out false alarms that can come in the form of temperature changes, light reflections and small animals. It can be mounted either on a wall or pole and is meant for hardwired installations.
